Be prepared to sweat, be challenged both mentally and physically, have fun and feel good in this alignment-based
vinyasa class linking conscious breath and movement through a mindful flowing sequence of asanas (yoga postures).
This dynamic yoga practice is designed for students that desire to develop strength and proper techniques.
In this class we will be working on alignment of foundational poses, learning transitions and developing core and full body strength to flow.

It is a moving meditation to access the mind-body-soul connection while cultivating overall balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, and joy! Variations and modifications will be given for students with different levels.

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.

Finding the balance between effort and relaxation, classes are based around the the fluid movements of the Sun Salutation A & B and other breath-directed movements.

Therapeutic Yoga blends restorative yoga (supported postures) and yin yoga (poses held for longer periods of time), gentle yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

This class is suitable for people who are beginning to study yoga, recovering from an injury, who are working with a sustained spinal dysfunction, or anyone who feels they are just too tight to stretch.

Personal instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition. When you work with a teacher one on one, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

Rhiann Suen received her RYT 200 Vinyasa teacher training, Restorative teacher training and Cancer Yoga Therapy training in beautiful San Diego, California. She is inspired and dedicated to share the beautiful practice of yoga to empower people to become the best version of themselves, both on and off the mat.
